All services are delivered under mutually agreed project terms or signed contracts.

2. Freelance / Project Agreements

All freelancers and contractors engaged by NexGrowth DigiTech must sign a Freelance Agreement before starting work.

  • Payments are project-based and released after task completion and quality review.

  • Deadlines must be maintained as per agreement.

  • Confidentiality and non-disclosure clauses apply to all client-related data and materials.

3. Client Projects

  • All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables will be defined before project initiation.

  • Revisions or additional requests beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

  • NexGrowth DigiTech reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio (unless otherwise agreed).

4. Payment Terms

  • Clients must make payments as per the agreed milestones or project contract.

  • Late or incomplete payments may delay project delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the final deliverables become the client’s property.

  • NexGrowth DigiTech retains the right to display work samples for promotional purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

NexGrowth DigiTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of services, delays, or third-party integrations.

7. Confidentiality

Both NexGrowth DigiTech and the client agree to keep all shared data, project details, and business strategies strictly confidential.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if terms are breached or upon mutual consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
